Returns
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 14 days for a full refund. Any returns must be in a saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please follow the following steps for returns:
Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order. If you do not have a returns from, please contact us and we will send one to you. All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form.

If you require an exchange, please place a fresh order for the item(s) you require online or by telephone, complete the returns form and you will receive a refund for the returned item(s). Your Credit/Debit Card will be refunded within 3-7 working days of receipt of the items. Sadly we do not refund postal charges or gift wrap charges. For your own protection you should obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office so that you can claim from them for any lost parcel. Naturally for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept garments that have been worn.
